Breakfast with a friend

Had breakfast this morning with a friend I hadn't seen in a while. She'd heard about Mom's passing and wanted to make sure all was well with me. I'm blessed to have such wonderful friends, but at the same time it made me sad all over talking about Mom's last few days. So I ended up taking a 2 hour nap .... my motto is, when all else fails - take a nap! I'm feeling better now, although I don't imagine there will be a day that I don't miss my Mom.
